摘　　要：近年来,国际勘探市场中过渡带勘探和水上勘探项目逐渐增多,核心设备气枪船的动迁随之增多。2023年非洲一个内陆湖过渡带勘探项目中,气枪船动迁遇到了巨大困难。其中包括运输山路不畅,没有码头,没有船体组装工作平台,没有用于气枪船下水的大型岸基吊装设备等。项目人员在调研、讨论,验证之后,确立了运输安全管理、简易码头建设、平板车作业平台模式、气囊滚运下水等解决方案,成功解决了难点,为将来气枪船动迁提供了借鉴意义。In recent years,the proportion of transition zone exploration and offshore exploration in the international market has increased,and the mobilizations of air-gun boat has also increased.The seismic exploration project of transition zone in Africa in 2023,encountered great difficulties in mobilizing air-gun boat.These include poor transport roads,no available dock,no suitable hull assembly work platform,and no large shore-based lifting equipment for air-gun boat launches.After investigation and discussion,the project personnel established transportation safety management,simple wharf construction,flatbed operation platform mode,air-bag rollmoving launching and other solutions,which successfully solved the difficulties and provided a good reference for the future mobilization.
