摘  要:为探究盆栽牡丹植株补偿生长和非结构性碳水化合物(NSC)累积特性,并为盆栽牡丹株型管理提供试验依据。以2年生‘洛阳红’嫁接苗为试验材料,考察修根强度、生根剂和绿僵菌浓度对‘洛阳红’株型发育和NSC积累的影响,并通过正交试验优化管理措施。结果表明,(1)盆栽牡丹根系发生明显的须根化。(2)各因素对植株生长补偿指数的影响大小依次为修根>生根剂>绿僵菌,较优组合为修根25%、浇灌生根剂750 mg/L和绿僵菌2000万单位/mL,此条件下生长补偿指数和NSC积累量分别比对照提高了65.14%和33.35%。(3)轻度修根促进了盆栽牡丹植株的补偿生长和NSC累积,而过度修根则抑制作用明显;生根剂显著提高盆栽牡丹根系、叶片的生物量和全株NSC的积累量;绿僵菌对植株生长和全株NSC积累量影响最小。(4)通径分析表明盆栽牡丹老根NSC含量、单株叶面积、老根和木质化新根鲜样质量对植株NSC积累量贡献较大。可见,适度修根及浇灌适量生根剂和绿僵菌液可以促进盆栽牡丹植株的补偿生长和NSC累积,达到生产适度矮化的紧凑型盆栽牡丹苗的目标。To study the characteristics of compensatory growth and non-structural carbohydrates(NSC)accumulation,and to provide experimental basis for the plant type management of potted tree peony,we investigated the effects of strength of root pruning,the concentration of rooting agent and Metarhizium anisopliae on the development of plant type and NSC accumulation of potted 2-year-old tree peony cv.‘Luoyanghong’grafted seedlings,and optimized the management measures through orthogonal tests.The results showed that,(1)the obvious fibrous rooting phenomenon of potted tree peony was observed.(2)The influence of each factor on the growth compensation index of plant was root pruning>rooting agent>Metarhizoma aeruginosa,and the optimal combination was 25%root pruning,750 mg/L rooting agent and 20 million unit/mL M.anisopliae.In this condition,the growth compensation index and NSC accumulation increased by 65.14%and 33.35%,respectively,compared with the control.(3)Slight root pruning increased compensatory growth and NSC accumulation of potted tree peony,but a clear negative effect of excessive root pruning was found.Rooting agent clearly increased biomass of roots and leaves and accumulation of NSC of these plants.M.anisopliae had the least effect on these indexes.(4)Path analysis showed that old root NSC content,leaf area per plant,and fresh mass of old roots and woody newborn roots contributed significantly to NSC accumulation of the potted tree peony.It can be seen that moderated root pruning combined with irrigated appropriate amount of rooting agent and M.anisopliae liquid can promote the compensatory growth and NSC accumulation of potted tree peony,and achieve the goal of producing moderately dwarfing compact potted tree peony plants.
