摘  要:为了实现采煤机在工作面具体支架的精准定位,针对单独使用红外定位或轴编码器定位时受设备故障、线路挤压、支架间隙的变化等原因引发采煤机定位的不准确的问题。提出一种基于红外煤机定位与轴编码器组合的采煤机定位方法。采用构建组合动态采煤机定位新理念,针对现场红外、轴编码器定位产生的数据信息,根据各传感器数据自身特点制定适合各传感器数据表现特征的异常过滤算法实现采煤机精准定位。经过现场实测模拟,结果表明单一使用红外、轴编码器,易受单个设备测量误差、设备故障等问题的影响,采用红外与轴编码器组合的采煤机动态定位校准方法,可实时、精准的实现采煤机的位置反馈。In order to realize the precise positioning of the specific support of the shearer in the working face,aiming at the inaccurate positioning of shearer caused by equipment failure,line extrusion,change of support clearance and other reasons when using infrared positioning alone or shaft encoder positioning,a positioning method of shearer based on the combination of infrared shearer positioning and shaft encoder was proposed.In this method,a new concept of combined dynamic shearer positioning was adopted.According to the data information generated by on-site infrared and shaft encoder positioning,an anomaly filtering algorithm suitable for the performance characteristics of each sensor data was formulated according to the characteristics of each sensor data.After field measurement and simulation,the results showed that the single use of infrared and shaft encoder was easily affected by the measurement error and equipment failure of a single equipment.The dynamic positioning and calibration method of shearer combined with infrared and shaft encoder can realize the position feedback of shearer in real time and accurately.
