摘　　要：将基于ZY10000/19/38型两柱掩护式液压支架基本结构,通过有限元分析软件构建两柱掩护式液压支架有限元模型,并以此为基础进行两柱掩护式液压支架有限元仿真分析,根据分析结果提出液压支架结构优化方案,最终将优化方案应用于工程实践,检验优化方案的可用价值。Based on the basic structure of ZY10000/19/38 type two-column shield hydraulic support,a finite element model of the two-column shield hydraulic support will be constructed using finite element analysis software.Based on this,finite element simulation analysis of the two-column shield hydraulic support will be conducted.Based on the analysis results,an optimization plan for the hydraulic support structure will be proposed.Finally,the optimization plan will be applied to engineering practice to verify the usability of the optimization plan.
