摘　　要：综合智慧能源是利用数字化技术改造传统不同能源品种和不同供应环节运转的能源产业模式,设计和开发了一种灵活式系统,可以基于综合智慧能源项目中的能源生产工程、能源运输工程、负荷管理工程、储能建设工程等关键环节,实现项目建设管理与项目文件管理一体化协作。通过工作分解结构分析综合智慧能源项目的项目流程和业务需求,结合建设光伏发电的综合能源项目列举综合智慧能源项目施工初始阶段文件管理的内容,设计该系统的各个功能子模块,并通过业务流程分析设计系统的数据库,制定系统的数据存储规范。实践表明,该综合智慧能源文件管理系统与传统业务流程相比,大幅度提高了企业的信息化水平,不仅增加了企业的收益,而且减少了资源浪费,达到节能减排的目的。Comprehensive smart energy is an energy industry model that utilizes digital technology to transform traditional energy varieties and supply chains operations.This article designs and develops a flexible system that can achieve integrated collaboration between project construction management and project document management based on key links such as energy production engineering,energy transportation engineering,load management engineering,and energy storage construction engineering in comprehensive smart energy projects.Based on this background,this article analyzes the project process and business requirements of a comprehensive smart energy project through a work breakdown structure.Combined with the construction of a photovoltaic power generation comprehensive energy project,it lists the content of document management in the initial stage of the construction of the comprehensive smart energy project,designs various functional sub modules of the system,and designs the system′s database through business process analysis to develop data storage specifications for the system.Practice has shown that the comprehensive smart energy file management system significantly improves the information technology level of enterprises compared to traditional business processes,not only increasing the profits of enterprises,but also reducing resource waste,achieving the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.
