摘 要:针对农乃庙井田过半数煤炭资源受顶板弱胶结强含水层突水溃砂灾害威胁、煤炭开发会破坏矿区水资源环境进而影响草原生态环境等问题,从开采技术条件入手,分析了井田构造特征、含水层与煤层赋存特征、水化学特征、岩石物理力学特征、生态环境特征等,提出了“帷幕截流—主动抽排水—水资源转储—煤炭开采”煤炭开发模式。聚煤盆地基底为阻水边界、盆地边缘基底埋藏浅、第四系底部存在稳定的隔水层等客观条件,使得构筑圏闭型落底式帷幕具有技术可行、经济合理性;闭环的阻水帷幕将平面无限延展的新近系含水层分划为帷幕内和帷幕外2部分,帷幕内含水层失去补给水源成为独立的水文地质单元,为疏干开采创造了条件,同时可避免弱胶结砂砾岩含水层水—砂混合突涌地质灾害;相较于井下疏排水,地面水源井主动抽排水对水质污染小,第四系含水层水和下部基岩水均为Ⅱ类水源,水化学性质相似度高,为转移新近系水源储存空间提供了水化学基础;第四系砂砾层具有厚度较大、渗透性好、储水能力强、开放性渗流边界等条件,为转移新近系水提供了储水空间条件;基岩水补给浅埋的第四系松散层水源,可以更好地涵养草场生态环境,一定程度上缓解当地干旱少雨的矛盾,创造出煤炭资源充分开发、水资源充分保护、矿井安全得到充分保障的环境友好型开发模式。In view of the fact that more than half of the coal resources in Nongnaimiao Minefield are threatened by water inrush and sand bursting disasters from weak cemented strong aquifers on the roof,and that coal development will damage the water resources environment in the mining area and thus affect the grassland ecological environment,starting from the mining technical conditions,the structural characteristics of the minefield,the occurrence characteristics of aquifers and coal seams,the hydrochemical characteristics,the physical and mechanical characteristics of rocks,and the ecological environment characteristics were analyzed.The coal development mode of"curtain closure-active drainage-water resource transfer-coal mining"was proposed.The objective conditions such as the basement of the coal accumulating basin is a water blocking boundary,the basement of the basin edge is shallow,and there is a stable impermeable layer at the bottom of the Quaternary system,which makes it technically feasible and economically reasonable to build a closed bottom falling curtain.The closed loop water blocking curtain divides the Neogene aquifer with infinite plane extension into two parts:inside and outside the curtain.The curtain aquifer becomes an independent hydrogeological unit after losing the source of recharge,creating conditions for draining roof water,so as to avoid the geological disaster of water sand mixture outburst in weakly cemented glutenite aquifer.Compared with underground drainage,active pumping and drainage of surface water source wells has less pollution to water quality.The Quaternary aquifer water and the lower bedrock water are both classⅡwater sources,with high similarity in hydrochemical properties,providing a hydrochemical basis for transferring water source storage space for Neogene water sources.The Quaternary sand gravel layer has such conditions as large thickness,good permeability,strong water storage capacity,and open seepage boundary,which provide water storage space conditions for transferring b
