摘 要:近年来,极端干旱事件频发多发,抗旱能力不足成为制约抗旱成效的瓶颈之一。2022年江西省抚州市遭遇1961年有完整实测资料以来最严重的气象水文干旱。文章分析了抚州市2022年水文部门支撑抗旱工作的具体实践,查找存在的短板弱项,并有针对性地提出了水文部门提升抗旱支撑能力的对策建议,为加强水文部门抗旱能力建设提供参考。In recent years,extreme drought events have occurred frequently and insufficient drought resistance has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the effectiveness of drought resistance.In 2022,Fuzhou experienced the most severe meteorological and hydrological drought since complete measured data were available in 1961.This article takes Fuzhou,Jiangxi as an example to analyze the specific practice of hydrological department support for drought resistance in 2022,identify the existing weaknesses,and propose targeted measures and suggestions for the hydrological department to enhance its drought resistance support capacity,providing references for strengthening the construction of drought resistance capacity in the hydrological department.
