摘 要:为提升天然气井非合作目标条件下逸散甲烷激光遥测系统回波信号的接收效率,通过蒙特卡洛光线追迹分析非合作目标下甲烷遥测系统光学收发模块的光路传输特性,开展光学收发模块不同F数菲涅尔透镜聚光性能分析、激光收发光机结构(共轴、离轴)回波信号接收性能分析以及非合作目标下不同孔径菲涅尔透镜回波信号接收性能分析。研制基于波长调制浓度反演算法的甲烷逸散激光遥感测试装置,由浓度反演标定实验数据拟合得到2f/1f信号幅值与CH_(4)浓度间的线性关系(R^(2)=0.99244)。测试结果表明:甲烷激光遥测系统最小检测限(MDL)为3.81 ppm·m、平均时间456.2 s,证实系统具有较优性能与便捷性。For purpose of improving the echo signal reception efficiency of fugitive methane laser telemetry system with non-cooperative target conditions in natural gas wells,having Monte Carlo ray tracing adopted to analyze optical transmission characteristics of the optical transceiver module of the fugitive methane telemetry system with non-cooperative target was implemented,including concentrating performance analysis of different F-number Fresnel lenses of the optical transceiver module,the echo signal reception performance analysis of the structure(coaxial and off-axis)of the laser transceiver and the echo signal reception performance of Fresnel lenses with different apertures under non-cooperative targets.In addition,a methane fugitive laser telemetry test device based on wavelength modulation concentration inversion algorithm was developed,and the linear relationship between 2f/1f signal amplitude and methane concentration was obtained by fitting the concentration inversion calibration experimental data(R^(2)=0.99244).The test results show that,the minimum detection limit(MDL)of the methane telemetry system analyzed by Monte Carlo ray tracing is 3.81ppm·m and the average time is 456.2 s,and the experimental results verify the convenience and performance of the system.
