摘 要:针对生化过程中操作曲线的求取问题,提出一种非线性稳定逆的近似求解方法。该方法根据过程动力学模型,利用改进的稳定逆算法来求解对应生产输出目标的操作曲线。并针对稳定逆算法计算量过大的问题,通过对稳定逆原理中的内动态进行离散化处理,将原本利用非线性系统内动态方程求解内动态解析解的过程,利用递推公式转化成求解内动态的离散数值解,从而加快稳定逆算法的计算速度。最后以化学反应器为例进行操作曲线设计的仿真,验证了所提方法的可行性。Aiming at obtaining operation curve in biochemical process,an approximate solution method for nonlinear stable inverse was proposed,which has the process dynamics model based and the improved stable inverse algorithm used to solve operation curve which corresponding to the production output target.In addition,as for stability of excessive computation of the stable inverse algorithm,and through discretizing internal dynamics of the stable inverse principle,having the recursive formula adopted to transform the process of solving internal dynamics analytical solution originally resolved by internal dynamics equation of the nonlinear system into solving discrete numerical solution of the internal dynamics so as to accelerate calculation speed of the stable inverse algorithm.Finally,through taking a chemical reactor as an example,the operation curve design was simulated to verify feasibility of the method proposed.
