摘　　要：[目的/意义]探究中国特色高端智库理实融通,从专业化、科学化向学科化发展的实践路径。[方法/过程]中国科学院科技战略咨询研究院(以下简称“战略咨询院”)依托智库研讨会,构建“强核心、大网络”的智库活动新模式,以智库学科化建设为核心,探索智库建设的学术之根,推动“智库科学与工程”的学科体系形成,为智库建设从专业化、科学化走向学科化发展提供依据和动力。[结果/结论]在党的二十大“强化科技战略咨询”的部署下,战略咨询院以优化智库工程建设为核心,服务国家宏观战略决策、引领智库发展方向、创新智库理论方法、培育知行合一的高端智库人才,不断提升竞争力和影响力,以期建设成为国家倚重、社会信任、国际著名高水平科技智库。[Purpose/significance]This study aims to explore the practical path of integrating the theory and practice of high-end think tanks with Chinese characteristics from specialization,scientization to disciplinarization.[Method/process]the Institute of Science and Technology,Chinese Academy of Sciences(CASISD)relies on think tank seminars to build a think tank construction model of“strong core and large network”.With the discipline construction of think tanks as the core,it explores the academic roots of think tank construction.Promote the formation of a disciplinary system of“Think Tank Science and Engineering”to provide basis and motivation for the development of think tank construction from specialization and science to disciplinary development.[Result/conclusion]Under the deployment of“strengthening scientific and technological strategic consultation”at the 20th CPC National Congress,CASISD takes optimizing the construction of think tanks as its core,serves the national macro-strategic decision-making,guides the development direction of think tanks,innovates the theoretical methods of think tanks,cultivates high-end think tank talents integrating knowledge and practice,constantly improves its competitiveness and influence,and builds itself into a internationally famous high-level science and technology think tank relied on by the country and trusted by the society.
