摘 要:[目的/意义]艺术智库借力“环境音乐”维护国家“文化安全”研究,旨在助力个体培育核心价值观、养育文化安全观、孕育生态文明观,凝力集体活态传播“中国声音”、真态传唱“中国故事”、常态传达“中国精神”。[方法/过程]采用资料归纳法、演绎法、调研法等方法,为“环境音乐”维护文化安全提供理论探索与路径参考。研究先后经历了环境音乐教学实践、社会调研、文化思考、理论提升、使命探索,形成相关结论。[结果/结论 ]当前,艺术智库主要从文艺学、教育学、传播学、民族学等宏观视域,探讨国家音乐文化传承与传播问题,但较少从文化安全中观视野探讨音乐文化使命话题,更没有从“环境音乐”微观视角展开历史溯源、现实展望与使命探索。研究认为,回望美西方国家的环境音乐“声叙事”历程,其曾充当了殖民工具箱的“蒙汗药”、战争议事厅的“催情药”、文化霸权控的“止痛药”;展望新时代环境音乐“声表达”现实,艺术智库当借助“声景观”路径,经由“声符号”释义,担当起“声文化”使命。[Purpose/significance]The art think tank uses“environmental music”to maintain the research on national“cultural security”,aiming to assist individuals in cultivating core values,fostering cultural security awareness,and nurturing ecological civilization concepts.The significance lies in the cohesive and collective active dissemination of the“Chinese voice”,the authentic narration of the“Chinese story”,and the normal transmission of the“Chinese spirit”.[Method/process]The art think tank adopts the methods of data induction method,deduction and survey,to provide theoretical exploration and path reference for“environmental music”to maintain cultural security.The research has experienced environmental music teaching practice,social research,cultural thinking,theoretical improvement,mission exploration,to form relevant conclusions.[Results/conclusion]At present,art think tanks primarily discuss the inheritance and dissemination of national music culture from the macro perspectives such as literature and art,education,communication,ethnology,but there is limited exploration of music culture misson from the perspective of cultural security,and there is a lack of historical tracing,realistic prospect and mission exploration from the micro perspective of“environmental music”.The research results suggest that when looking back at the“sound narrative”process of environmental music in the United States and the Western countries,it has served as a colonial toolkit“masking drug”,an aphrodisiac for the War Dispute Hall,and a cultural hegemony“painkiller”.Looking ahead to the reality of“sound expression”of environmental music in the new era,it is necessary to take on the mission of“sound culture”with the help of the path of“sound landscape”and the interpretation of“sound symbols”.
