舒筋活血合剂联合手法复位外固定治疗踝部骨折的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察舒筋活血合剂联合手法复位外固定治疗踝部骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年2月—2022年4月江西省南昌市洪都中医院收治的踝部骨折患者78例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组采用手法复位外固定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合舒筋活血合剂治疗。治疗1个月后,分别采用视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、Kofoed踝关节评分法评估患者疼痛度和踝关节功能,并比较两组疗效。结果:观察组疗效优良率为87.18%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分显著下降,且观察组低于对照组;两组Kofoed踝关节评分显著升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋活血合剂联合手法复位外固定应用于治疗踝部骨折,能够提高治疗效果,缓解患者疼痛度,提高踝关节功能,具有一定应用价值。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shujin huoxue mixture combined with manual reduction and external fixation in the treatment of ankle fracture.Methods:A total of 78 patients with ankle fracture admitted to Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanchang from February 2019 to April 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with 39 cases each according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with manual reduction and external fixation,and the observation group was treated with Shujin huoxue mixture on the basis of the control.After 1 month of treatment,pain degree and ankle function were evaluated with visual analog scale(VAS)and Kofoed ankle score and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 87.18%,which was higher than 66.67%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores of both groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group;Kofoed ankle score was significantly increased in the two groups,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shujin huoxue mixture combined with manual reduction and external fixation in the treatment of ankle fracture can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve the pain degree of patients,improve the ankle joint function,and has certain application value.
