摘　　要：目的:探究SPS螺旋链治疗轻中度脊柱侧弯患儿的临床效果。方法:选取我院于2019—2022年收治的80例轻中度脊柱侧弯患儿,采取随机数表法平均分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组给予传统推拿治疗,观察组给予SPS螺旋链治疗。比较两组干预前后双侧竖脊肌表面肌电图指标、脊柱旋转角、Cobb角、SRS-22评分以及疗效。结果:干预后,观察组双侧MF、MPF、AEMG水平明显大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组脊柱旋转角、Cobb角和SRS-22评分明显小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对轻中度脊柱侧弯患儿,给予SPS螺旋链治疗可改善其脊柱侧弯程度,提高其生存质量,改善髋关节活动度,临床效果显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of SPS helical chain in the treatment of children with mild to moderate scoliosis.Methods:A total of 80 children with mild to moderate scoliosis admitted to our hospital from 2019 to 2022 were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)by random number table method,with the control group given traditional Tuina treatment and the observation group given SPS spiral chain treatment.The facial electromyography indexes,spinal rotation angle,Cobb angle,SRS-22 score,and efficacy of bilateral erector spinal muscles before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the levels of bilateral MF,MPF and AEMG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The spinal rotation angle,Cobb angle and SRS-22 scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with mild to moderate scoliosis,SPS spiral chain therapy can improve the degree of scoliosis and improve their quality of life,improving range of motion of the hip,and the clinical effect is significant.
