摘　　要：介绍了CT、PET/CT、MRI及动物活体成像仪等大型影像设备在动物高级别生物安全(animal biosafety level 3/4,ABSL-3/4)实验室中应用的阻碍及风险,结合CT、PET/CT、MRI及动物活体成像仪等大型影像设备在ABSL-3/4实验室中的应用实践分析了应用方案、风险评估及控制、消毒灭菌等关键问题,提出了将大型影像设备应用于ABSL-3/4实验室的一些建议,为ABSL-3/4实验室配置影像设备提供了参考。The obstacles and risks of the application of imaging devices such as CT,PET/CT,MRI and in vivo imaging system in animal biosafety level 3/4(ABSL-3/4)laboratories were proposed.Combined with the experience of applying imaging devices in ABSL-3/4 laboratories,the key issues were discussed such as application scheme,risk assessment and control,disinfection and sterilization methods.Some suggestions were put forward for applying large-scale imaging equipment in ABSL-3/4 laboratories.References were provided for ABSL-3/4 laboratories equipped with imaging devices.
