摘　　要：介绍了将某疾病预防控制中心净化实验室改造为具备聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)检测功能的加强型生物安全二级(biosafety level 2,BSL-2)实验室的必要性,从实验室的通风系统布局设置、空气流组织、室内压力与梯度控制等方面详细阐述了加强型BSL-2实验室的改造过程,指出了改造后的加强型BSL-2实验室能够满足PCR检测需求,为同类型实验室改造提供了借鉴。The necessity of transforming a CDC purification laboratory into an enhanced biosafety level 2(BSL-2)laboratory with polymerase chain reaction(PCR)detection function was introduced.The modification of the enhanced BSL-2 laboratory was described in terms of layout of ventilation system,air distribution,indoor pressure and gradient control.The enhanced BSL-2 laboratory after modification met the requirements for PCR detection,and references were provided for the transfor-mation of the same type of laboratories.
