夫西地酸乳膏联合维A酸乳膏治疗痤疮的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探索运用夫西地酸乳膏联合维A酸乳膏治疗痤疮的价值。方法 筛选2019年4月—2021年5月九江学院附属医院收治的70例痤疮患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序将患者逐个交替分配至对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组运用维A酸乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合运用夫西地酸乳膏治疗。比较2组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生率,比较治疗2周、4周时2组患者的皮损计数下降值及满意度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的88.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周、4周时观察组皮损计数下降值均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.86%,低于对照组的17.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周、4周时观察组满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 痤疮患者运用夫西地酸乳膏联合维A酸乳膏治疗的效果较为显著,可改善患者症状,促使患者早日康复,可临床推广。Objective To explore the value of Fusidic acid cream combined with retinoic acid cream in the treatment of acne.Methods 70 acne patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University from April 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were alternately assigned to the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with retinoic acid cream,and the observation group was treated with fusidic acid cream on the basis of control group.The treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the decrease value of skin count and satisfaction were compared between the two groups after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of control group 88.57%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the decrease value of skin count in observation group was greater than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.86%,lower than that in the control group(17.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the satisfaction scores of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of Fusidic acid cream combined with retinoic acid cream in acne patients is relatively significant,which can improve the symptoms of patients,promote the early recovery of patients,and can be clinically promoted.
