摘　　要：刘玉书教授认为,小儿肝常有余,肝阳上亢,阴不制阳,肝阳升而无制,易生风化火,病久入络,成为偏头痛发生的潜在诱因,外风与内风相合,侵袭头部,则发为头痛。气滞、痰凝、血瘀相互联系,致脑络不通,是偏头痛反复发作、缠绵难愈的重要原因。脑髓失养,脑络不荣亦可致头痛,故治疗重在镇肝祛风,健脑充髓,同时注重“活络止痛”,采用孔圣枕中丹为基础方化裁治疗。刘教授发现,生活节奏的调节以及心理的放松可减少头痛发作频率,故临证常给予患儿及家长心理疏导,嘱咐患儿及家长调节学习及生活的节奏,积极寻找诱因,并辅以食疗、穴位按摩等疗法。Professor Liu Yushu believes that children often have excessive liver qi,and liver-yang hyperactivity.Yin does not restrain yang,so liver-yangrises without restraint,which is easy to generate wind and transform fireleading to diseases into collateral,becoming a potential incentive for migraine.External wind and internal wind mix,attack the head,leading to headache.Qi stagnation,phlegm co-agulation,and blood stasis are related to each other,resulting in brain obstruction,are important reasons for repeated attacks of mi-graine,which is lingering and dificult to heal.If the brains and brain collateral lack nutrients,headache may also occur,so the treatment should focus on settling the liver to extinguish wind,strengthening brain and filling marrow as well as"activating collaterals and relie-ving pain".That's why Confucius'Sage Wisdom Pillow Elixir can be used as a basic formula for modification.Professor Liu has found that regulating the rhythm of life and psychological relaxation can reduce the frequency of headache attacks.Therefore,in clinical prac-tice,she often provides psychological counseling to children and their parents,instructing them to adjust the pace of learning and life,actively seeking incentives,and suplementing them with therapies such as dietary therapy and acupoint massage.
