摘　　要：中医外治法治疗斑秃主要包括针刺疗法(皮肤针疗法、火针疗法、毫针疗法、温针疗法、揿针疗法、耳针疗法、电针疗法、穴位埋线疗法、放血疗法等)、灸法(艾灸、热敏灸、隔姜灸、药线点灸等)、拔罐疗法、中医辨证结合心理疏导法、五行音乐疗法等。近年来,许多学者应用现代治疗技术和传统中医外治疗法结合,临床疗效较好,然而也存在一些问题:在临床应用方面,中医外治疗法(如火针、梅花针等)疼痛明显,尤其是儿童患者接受度较差;在临床研究方面,中医外治法缺乏统一的疗效判定标准和治疗疗程规范,大样本对照研究相对缺失,尤其是对复发率随访研究不足。今后,需要对上述问题进行更加深入的总结和更加规范的研究,且可将针灸疗法和现代局部麻醉技术相结合,让患者有更好的依从性,减轻患者治疗时的痛苦,发挥中医外治法的最大临床疗效,使中医外治法更有科学性和实用性。External therapies of TCM for alopecia areata mainly include acupuncture therapy(such as skin acupuncture therapy,fire needle therapy,filiform needle therapy,warm needle therapy,thumbtack needle therapy,ear acupuncture therapy,electro-acupuncture therapy,acupoint catgut embedding therapy,blood-letting therapy,etc.),moxibustion therapies(such as moxibustion,heat sensitive moxibustion,ginger-separated moxibustion,medicinal thread point moxibustion,etc.),cupping therapy,TCM syndrome differentiation combined with psychological counseling,five element music therapy,etc.In recent years,many scholars have combined modern treat-ment techniques with TCM external therapies,which has shown good clinical efficacy.However,there are also some problems:In terms of clinical application,TCM external therapies(such as fire needle acupuncture,plum-blossom needle acupuncture,etc.)have obvious pain,especially in children with poor acceptance.In terms of clinical research,there is a lack of unified efficacy evaluation standards and treatment course standards for external therapies of TCM,and there is a relative lack of large-scale controlled studies,especially in-sufficient fllow-up ones on recurrence rates.In the future,it is necessary to conduct more in-depth summaries and more standardized research on the above issues,and combine acupuncture and moxibustion therapy with modern local anesthesia technology,so that pa-tients can have better compliance,ease the pain during treatment,and this can give full play to the maximum clinical efficacy of TCM external therapies,and make them more scientific and practical.
