摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD)核心病机为正气亏虚、痰瘀互结,衰老亦与正虚、痰瘀关系密切。COPD患者虽然不乏中年人,但终归以高龄者居多,年老体衰之人,细胞衰老随着年龄的增长而加快,导致脏腑精气不足,而体内脏腑虚损又反过来加速肺衰老,逐渐影响气道及肺功能;老年多瘀、多痰,痰瘀交阻,塞而不通,气血阴阳失衡,脏腑功能失调,加速人体衰老。痰浊、瘀血既是COPD发病因素之一,又是COPD久病入络的病理产物,痰浊、瘀血互相交结,影响阴阳气机平衡,进一步加速肺衰老,故COPD的发生与细胞衰老密切相关。现代研究证明,中医药在降低细胞衰老率,影响COPD细胞衰老方面均有较好疗效,今后应寻找靶点,从抗衰老角度论治COPD,延缓肺衰老,减少COPD急性发作的次数,减轻患者症状,可能会成为新的切入点。The core pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is healthy qi deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis in complexity.And aging is also closely related to healthy qi deficiency and phlegm stasis.Although there are many middle-aged patients with COPD,the majority of them are elderly.For the elderly,cell senescence accelerates with age,resulting in insufficient essence and qi of the viscera,and the deficiency of the viscera in the body will accelerate lung aging in turn,gradually affecting airway and lung func-tion.The elderly have more stasis and phlegm,and if the phlegm-stasis is obstructed,blocked,there will be imbalance of yin and yang,qi and blood,dysfunction of the viscera,accelerating human aging.Phlegm and blod stasis are not only one of the pathogenic factors of COPD,but also the pathological products of COPD.Phlegm and blood stasis interlock with each other,affecting the balance of yin-yang qi movement,further accelerating lung aging.Therefore,the occurrence of COPD is closely related to cell senescence.Modern research has proved that TCM has good curative effect in reducing the rate of cell senescence and affecting the aging of COPD cells,In the fu-ture,it is necessary to find targets to treat COPD from the perspective of anti-aging,delaying lung aging,reducing the number of acute episodes of COPD,and relieving patients'symptoms,which may become a new entry point for the treatment of COPD.
