摘　　要：十三鬼穴是治疗精神类疾病的经验效穴,多用于治疗幻觉、癫痫、中风后失眠、重度抑郁症、精神分裂症等疾病。十三鬼穴的命名与各穴位的功能主治、解剖位置、取穴方法、针刺方式等密切相关,有的还深受中国传统文化的浸染,因此而表现出一定的神秘色彩。通过对十三鬼穴穴名由来的进一步探究,有助于更深入地理解中医的经络和穴位理论,为临床实践提供更好的指导和依据。Thirteen ghost points are empirical and effective points for treating mental disorders,often used to treat diseases such as hal-lucinations,epilepsy,post stroke insomnia,severe depression,and schizophrenia.The naming of these points is closely related to their functional indications,anatomical positions,point selection methods,and acupuncture techniques.Some are also deeply influenced by traditional Chinese culture,adding to their mysterious nature.By exploring the origin of the names of these points,we can deepen our understanding of TCM meridians and point theory,providing better guidance and a solid foundation for clinical practice.
