摘　　要：不同系统疾病采用祛痰法治疗均能有效改善局部或全身的炎症反应,较单纯西药治疗具有更好的疗效。中医强调分经用药,不同系统疾病虽然均采用祛痰法治疗,但采用的祛痰药物各有侧重。从经络角度,呼吸系统炎性疾病归肺经,主要采用杏仁,金银花等;心脑血管系统炎性疾病归属心经,主要采用远志等;生殖系统炎性疾病归肾经,主要采用薏苡仁等。但目前对该类疾病的研究指标较单一,缺乏系统性。文献报道仅限于单一炎症指标的升降,炎症发生的具体机制尚未明确,缺乏对抑制激发炎症的关键蛋白和炎症通路的系统变化研究。今后,需将中医辨证用药与西医辨病用药相结合,明确祛痰类中药具体的作用机制。Method of resolving phlegm for different system diseases can effectively improve local or systemic inflammatory response,which is better than Western medicine alone.TCM emphasizes the use of drugs according to meridians.Different diseases of different systems are treated with method of resolving phlegm,but the phlegm-expelling medicinals used have different emphases.From the point of view of meridians,inflammatory diseases of respiratory system belong to the lung meridian,so Xingren(Semen Armeniacae Amarum),Jinyinhua(Flos Lonicerae Japonicae),etc.can be used.The inflammatory diseases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system belong to the heart meridian,so Yuanzhi(Radix Polygalae),etc.can be used.The inflammatory diseases of reproductive system belong to the kidney meridian,so Yiyiren(Semen Coicis),etc.can be used.However,at present,the research index of this kind of disease is relatively single and lack of systematicness.Literature reports are limited to the rise and fall of a single inflammatory index,the specific mecha-nism of inflammation is not clear,and there is a lack of systematic research on inhibiting key proteins and inflammatory pathways that stimulate inflammation.In the future,it is necessary to combine TCM medication based on syndrome differentiation and Western medi-cine therapy based on disease differentiation to identify the specific mechanism of action of phlegm-expelling medicinals.
