摘　　要：通过对枫木河水库环境影响评价工作,分析项目产生的有利和不利环境影响.针对水电站建设产生的对水环境、水生生态、陆生生态、水土流失、空气、噪声、人群健康和移民安置区等的不利影响,设计了切实可行的环境保护措施,简述了项目实施过程中环境保护措施的落实情况.This paper analyzes the favorable and unfavorable environmental impacts of the project through the environmental impact assessment of Fengmuhe Reservoir.In response to the adverse effects of hydropower station construction on the water environment,aquatic ecology,terrestrial ecology,soil erosion,air,noise,population health,and resettlement areas,practical and feasible environmental protection measures have been designed.The implementation of environmental protection measures during the project implementation process is briefly described.
