摘  要:山洪沟防洪治理是补齐丙溪河流域防洪短板,构建闭环防洪体系的技术关键.根据铜仁市玉屏县新店镇"乡村振兴水安全"生态河流治理要求,结合治理河段防洪现状及防护对象,提出清淤疏浚沟道、新建和修复已建防洪堤相结合的治理思路.治理河道分段优选的浆砌石挡墙与格宾石笼挡墙防洪堤方案,在提高治理河段防洪标准和山洪沟行洪能力的同时,恢复了河道生态系统健康,可为环境友好型乡村生态河道治理提供参考.The flood control management of flood channel is the technical key to filling the flood control shortcomings of Bingxi River Basin and building a closed-loop flood control system.According to the ecological river governance requirements of"Rural Revitalization and Water Safety"in Xindian Town,combined with the current flood control situation and protection objects of the river section,this article proposes a governance approach that combines dredging and dredging of ditches,and the construction and repair of existing flood control embankments.The schemes of mortar masonry retaining walls and gabion retaining walls for flood control embankments have been selected for the segmented treatment of the river.It not only improves the flood control standards of river sections and the flood discharge capacity of mountain flood gullies,but also restores the health of river ecosystem,providing reference for environmentally friendly rural ecological river management.
