摘 要:针对抱都小河防洪体系中三岔村河段防洪标准低、防洪堤矮、两岸土质冲刷坍塌、滩石冲淤等问题,综合考虑山区雨源性河流暴雨陡涨陡落及冲刷破坏性强的特点,按照10年一遇洪水标准进行防洪堤选型和断面设计.论证结果表明:优选的浆砌石重力式防洪堤,能够有效提高河道防洪标准,固岸防冲处理后增强了河道行洪能力,减轻水土流失和溢岸洪涝灾害,对流域地区稳健发展起到积极促进作用,为环境友好型中小型河流治理提供参考.In view of the problems of low flood control standard,low flood dike,erosion and collapse of soil on both banks,beach and stone erosion and siltation in the Sancha Village reach of Baoduxiao River flood control system,the flood dike type selection and section design are carried out according to the 10-year flood standard,taking into account the characteristics of steep rise and fall of rainstorm in mountainous rain source rivers and strong erosion and destruction.The demonstration results indicate that the selected mortar masonry gravity flood control embankment can effectively improve the flood control standards of the river channel,strengthen the flood discharge capacity of the river channel after the reinforcement and erosion prevention treatment,reduce soil erosion and bank overflow flood disasters,and play a positive role in promoting the stable development of the basin area,providing reference for the management of environmentally friendly small and medium-sized rivers.
