摘  要:大石门水库工程古河槽帷幕灌浆平洞兼做交通洞,在现场帷幕灌浆二期试验时提出,由地面试验Ⅰ区和试验Ⅱ区的20.2 m宽度范围内向灌浆平洞兼交通洞钻灌至其底板高程.该区域范围内灌浆平洞兼交通洞硐挖时采取机械设备辅助人工的开挖方式,可清晰地观察和记录灌浆帷幕水泥膨润土浆液的扩散半径和充填密实度,灌浆孔的孔斜偏距及相邻孔搭接情况,有效地检查了帷幕灌浆效果,为生产性帷幕灌浆提供技术和数据支撑.The ancient river channel curtain grouting flat tunnel of Dashimen Reservoir Project is also used as a traffic tunnel.During the on-site curtain grouting phase II test,it was proposed to drill and grout the grouting adit and access tunnel from the 20.2 m width range of ground test zone I and test zone II to its bottom plate elevation.During the excavation of grouting adits and traffic tunnels within this area,mechanical equipment is used to assist with manual excavation.It is possible to clearly observe and record the diffusion radius and filling density of cement bentonite slurry in the grouting curtain,as well as the deviation distance of grouting holes and adjacent hole overlap.This effectively checks the effectiveness of curtain grouting and provides technical and data support for productive curtain grouting.
