摘  要:抽水蓄能电站具有高水头的特点,在引水斜井的设计上,当水头较大时,压力钢管衬砌型式是可靠的型式.压力钢管施工工艺复杂、质量要求高,斜井施工难度更大,抽水蓄能电站引水斜井采用TBM施工后,斜井长度和水平垂直高度大幅增大,压力钢管安装难度相应增加.以河南洛宁抽水蓄能电站为例,围绕引水长斜井条件下压力钢管运输、焊接制作、设备选型、施工工期、施工布置等关键技术问题展开了分析讨论,并提出了解决方法.Pumped storage power plants have the characteristic of high water head.In the design of the diversion inclined shaft,when the water head is large,the lining type of the pressure steel pipe is reliable.The construction process of pressure steel pipes is complex,with high quality requirements,and the difficulty of inclined shaft construction is even greater.After the use of TBM construction for the diversion inclined shaft of pumped storage power plants,the length and horizontal vertical height of the inclined shaft have significantly increased,and the difficulty of installing pressure steel pipes has correspondingly increased.Taking Henan Luoning Pumped Storage Power Station as an example,this paper analyzes and discusses key technical issues such as transportation of pressure steel pipes,welding production,equipment selection,construction period,and construction layout under the condition of long inclined shafts for water diversion,and proposes solutions.
