摘  要:滇中引水工程香炉山隧洞,面临高埋深、富水、软岩大变形、突泥涌水、龙蟠-乔后活动(F10-2)断裂带、石灰窑断层等复杂地质条件.为了攻克地质难题,采用新材料、新技术工艺性试验应用研究等创新举措,最终实现深井突泥涌水塌方体整体固结和二次开挖穿越.研究结果表明:前进式帷幕灌浆配合新材料工艺,对处理香炉山5号施工支洞斜井,高埋深、富水、软岩大变形、突泥涌水、石灰窑断层存在局限性;采用地表定向钻高压劈裂灌浆技术,对突泥涌水、地质断层、高埋深等地质洞段的处理方案,岩体固结效果显著;地表高压劈裂灌浆技术已经在丽江段得到成功实践,为滇中引水工程和穿越香炉山提供技术支撑.Xianglushan Tunnel of Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project has complex geological conditions such as high burial depth,abundant water,large deformation of soft rock,mud and water inrush,Longpan Qiaohou active(F10-2)fault zone,and lime kiln fault.In order to overcome geological difficulties,this article adopts innovative measures such as new materials and technological process testing and application research,and ultimately achieves the overall consolidation of deep well mud inrush and water inrush collapse and secondary excavation crossing.The research results indicate that the combination of advanced curtain grouting and new material technology has limitations in dealing with the inclined shaft of Xianglushan No.5 construction adit,high burial depth,rich water,large deformation of soft rock,mud and water inrush,and lime kiln faults.The use of surface directional drilling high-pressure splitting grouting technology for the treatment of geological tunnel sections such as mud and water inrush,geological faults,and high burial depth has a significant consolidation effect on the rock mass.The surface high-pressure fracturing grouting technology has been successfully implemented in the Lijiang section,providing technical support for Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project and the crossing of Xianglushan Mountain.
