摘  要:针对现有剪断销剪断信号检测系统的不足,研发一种能实现无线无源剪断销剪断信号传输、接受、处理,且精确显示被剪断的剪断销编号的水轮机导叶剪断销剪断信号检测系统,便于运维人员快速进行故障处理,提高运维人员工作效率.该无线无源水轮机导叶剪断销剪断信号监测装置,包括水轮机剪断销信号器、无线发射装置、无线信号接收装置和剪断销信号处理装置.In response to the shortcomings of the existing shear signal detection system for shear pins,this article develops a water turbine guide vane shear pin shear signal detection system that can achieve wireless passive transmission,reception,and processing of shear pin shear signals,and accurately display the number of the shear pin that has been cut,in order to facilitate rapid fault handling by operation and maintenance personnel and improve their work efficiency.The wireless passive water turbine guide vane shear pin shear signal monitoring device includes a water turbine shear pin signal device,a wireless transmitting device,a wireless signal receiving device,and a shear pin signal processing device.
