摘  要:为评估水轮机改造前后的水力性能,借助商业CFD软件,对比分析3种特征工况改造前后转轮及过流部件压力、流线等水力特性,评估水轮机能量特性.计算结果表明,新转轮水力性能较原转轮有了明显改善,空化和叶道涡等性能都明显优于原转轮;新水轮机最优效率可达96.33%,加权平均效率较原水轮机提升超1%.To evaluate the hydraulic performance of hydraulic turbines before and after renovation,this article uses commercial CFD software to compare and analyze the hydraulic characteristics of the runner and flow passage components,such as pressure and streamline,before and after the renovation of three characteristic operating conditions,and evaluates the energy characteristics of hydraulic turbines.The calculation results show that the hydraulic performance of the new runner has been significantly improved compared to the original runner,and the performance of cavitation and blade vortex are significantly better than the original runner.The optimal efficiency of the new water turbine can reach 96.33%,with a weighted average efficiency improvement of over 1%compared to the original water turbine.
