摘  要:为了有效缓解滩坑水电站筒形阀导向条间隙数值单边逐渐减小的趋势,从源头上根治筒形阀故障给水电站设备安全生产带来的负面影响,滩坑水电站针对筒形阀现状开展机组的针对性检修工作.本次检修对筒形阀进行系统分解、耗材更换、整体同步性调试,从根本上解决筒形阀单边偏移的情况.In order to effectively alleviate the trend of unilateral decrease in the clearance value of the guide strip of the cylindrical valve at Tankeng Hydropower Station,and to root out the negative impact of the failure of the cylindrical valve on the safety production of the hydropower station equipment from the source,Tankeng Hydropower Station has carried out targeted maintenance work for the unit based on the current situation of the cylindrical valve.This maintenance involves system decomposition,consumables replacement,and overall synchronization debugging of the cylindrical valve,fundamentally solving the problem of unilateral deviation of the cylindrical valve.
