摘　　要：总结阐述了目前水电工程施工分包管理现状以及目前水电工程分包管理工作中存在的问题,分析可能存在的风险,提出加强水电工程施工分包规范管理的措施和建议.通过各项措施规范工程分包管理,确保国家法律法规有关分包管理各项要求落地生根,杜绝违法分包、转包、挂靠等违法行为,不断提高水电工程施工分包管理质量和水平,确保工程安全、质量、进度和投资效益,使水电工程施工分包管理良性发展.This paper summarizes and elaborates on the current status of subcontracting management in hydropower engineering construction,as well as the existing problems in subcontracting management.It analyzes the possible risks and proposes measures and suggestions to strengthen the standardized management of hydropower engineering construction subcontracting.By taking various measures to standardize the management of engineering subcontracting,it is necessary to ensure that the requirements of national laws and regulations regarding subcontracting management take root,and to eliminate illegal subcontracting,subcontracting,affiliation and other illegal activities.At the same time,it is necessary to continuously improve the quality and level of subcontracting management in hydropower engineering construction,ensure project safety,quality,progress,and investment efficiency,and promote the healthy development of subcontracting management in hydropower engineering construction.
