摘　　要：安全生产风险管理作为水利工程的关键环节,不仅是确保工程投资、工期及质量目标实现的重要手段,更是工程安全运行、发挥效益的基本条件.为保障水利工程安全管理,在分析水利工程安全生产风险管理存在的问题的基础上,对安全生产风险管理体系建设的必要性进行论述,并对怎样建立安全生产风险防控体系进行概述,对水利工程安全风险管理具有一定借鉴意义.As a key link in water conservancy engineering,safety production risk management is not only an important means to ensure the achievement of project investment,construction period,and quality objectives,but also a basic condition for the safe operation and effectiveness of the project.In order to ensure the safety management of water conservancy projects,this article analyzes the problems in the safety production risk management of water conservancy projects,discusses the necessity of building a safety production risk management system,and outlines how to establish a safety production risk prevention and control system,which has certain reference significance for the safety risk management of water conservancy projects.
