摘 要:钢铁行业是CO_(2)排放大户,开展碳排放核算研究可以准确掌握钢铁行业碳排放变化趋势,也是开展各项碳减排工作的基本前提。当前,钢铁行业碳排放核算研究主要集中在企业范围,基于工序碳排放核算研究较少。文章结合钢铁企业碳排放核算方法,从核算边界、排放源清单及核算方法等层面提出了一套完整的工序碳排放核算方法。并以湖北省某典型长流程钢铁生产企业为实例,分析了不同工序碳排放量及影响因素,提出企业各工序面临的困难,并对各工序降碳工艺措施提出建议。The steel industry is a major carbon dioxide emitter,the carbon emission accounting research can accurately grasp the carbon emission change trend of the steel industry,and is also the basic premise for carrying out various carbon emission reduction work.At present,the research on carbon emission accounting in the steel industry is mainly concentrated in the enterprise scope,the research on carbon emission accounting based on process is less.Based on the carbon emission accounting method system of iron and steel enterprises,the paper proposes a complete set of process carbon emission accounting methods from the aspects of emission accounting boundary,emission source list and accounting method.Taking a typical long process iron and steel production enterprise in Hubei Province as an example,it analyzes the carbon emissions of different processes and the main influencing factors,puts forward the difficulties faced by each process of the enterprise,and puts forward suggestions on the carbon reduction process measures of each process.
