摘 要:针对晋南钢厂150 t转炉煤气绿色高值化回收利用工艺中存在的物质迁移及能量转化问题,文章就转炉汽化烟道内实施喷煤新工艺过程做出理论分析和计算论证。介绍了转炉汽化烟道喷煤工艺及工业试验结果,结合实际生产数据,将工艺过程能量转化过程解构为转炉烟气显热、喷吹载体热损、煤气化过程中化学潜热转化,并对转炉烟尘中的残碳进行检测分析。结果表明:转炉煤气的物理显热和其中的氧气足以支撑煤粉的分解转化。因此,该工艺能有效利用转炉煤气余热分解转化煤粉调制高品质煤气,且对现有工艺流程无影响。Aiming at the problems of material migration and energy conversion in the green high-value recycling process of 150 t converter gas in Jinnan Steel Plant,the paper makes theoretical analysis and calculation demonstration on the new process of coal injection in the converter gasification flue.The coal injection process and industrial test results of the converter gasification flue are introduced.Combined with the actual production data,the energy conversion process of the process is deconstructed into the sensible heat of the converter flue gas,the heat loss of the injection carrier,and the chemical latent heat conversion in the coal gasification process.The residual carbon in the converter dust is detected and analyzed.The results show that the physical sensible heat and oxygen in converter gas are sufficient to support the decomposition and conversion of pulverized coal.Therefore,the process can effectively utilize the waste heat decomposition of converter gas to convert pulverized coal into high-quality gas,and has no effect on the existing process flow.
