摘  要:针对目前钢铁企业对高炉喷吹系统能耗评价所存在的分歧,文章通过梳理喷吹基本流程,结合喷吹总压差、当量喷吹距离、小时喷煤量和喷吹总气量等参数,引入能耗系数来综合评价不同高炉喷吹系统的能耗情况,为钢铁企业进一步降低喷吹能耗提供了思路,为优化喷吹系统工程设计提供参考。In view of the current discussion in the energy consumption evaluation of blast furnace PCI system in iron and steel enterprises,the paper introduced the coefficient k to comprehensively evaluate the energy consumption of various blast furnace coal injection systems by combining the basic injection process and parameters of total injection pressure difference,injection distance,hourly injection coal quantity and total injection gas volume,which could provide ideas for iron and steel enterprises to further reduce the coal injection energy consumption and provide reference for optimizing the engineering design of the PCI system.
