摘 要:目的:建立微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定参苓白术丸中汞的含有量。方法:4批样品微波消解后,用原子荧光光谱法测定汞的含量。结果:汞在0~2.5ng/ml(r=0.9999)内线性关系良好,方法定量限为0.001mg/kg,平均回收率为85~94%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~3.4%,柑橘叶成分分析标准物质汞的测定值均在真值的区间范围内,RSD为3.7%。结论:本研究建立的微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定参苓白术丸中汞的检测方法准确、可靠,适用于参苓白术丸中汞含量的测定。Objective:To establish a microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry method for the determination of mercury in Shenlingbaizhu pills.Methods:Four batches of samples were digested by microwave and the content of mer⁃cury was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results:The linearities of mercury was good in the range of 0~2.5ng/mL(r=0.9999),the method limits of quantitation was 0.003mg/kg,the average recoveries were 85-94%and the rela⁃tive standard deviations were 2.6%-3.4%,the determination values of mercury in citrus leaves were all within the range of true value and the relative standard deviations was 3.7%.Conclusion:The microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spec⁃trometry method established in this study for the determination of mercury in Shenlingbaizhu pills is accurate and reliable,and suitable for the determination of mercury in Shenlingbaizhu pills.
