摘  要:2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)是最常见的糖尿病类型且多伴有不同程度认知功能障碍。研究证实肠道菌群与T2DM相关并发症存在密切联系,有望通过益生菌制剂干预来改善其认知功能障碍等并发症,并可利用多模态MRI技术实现其检测与评估。本文就该领域的研究现状与成果进展进行综述,旨在为T2DM认知障碍临床个体化诊疗提供新方向,并为T2DM肠-脑轴领域的研究提供新思路。Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is the most common type of diabetes and is often accompanied by varying degrees of cognitive dysfunction.Research has shown a close relationship between the gut microbiota and the complications associated with T2DM.There is hope that cognitive dysfunction and other complications can be improved through the intervention of probiotics,and their assessment and evaluation can be achieved using multimodal MRI techniques.This article provides a comprehensive review of the current state of research and advancements in this field,aiming to offer new directions for personalized clinical diagnosis and treatment of cognitive impairments in T2DM and to provide new insights for research in the T2DM gut-brain-axis field.
