摘  要:为更好地发挥GSM退网后1800 MHz频段的25 MHz频率资源作用,运营商引入了基于20 MHz+10 MHz双载波错频部署的FDD 1800 MHz智简载波创新方案,在20 MHz和10 MHz频谱重叠部分通过TTI级动态调度进行频谱共享,实现频谱效能和用户体验的双提升。本文详细阐述了该方案的关键技术和与传统载波的优劣势对比,并在FDD 1800 MHz智简载波特性增益验证中,分别选取单20 MHz小区、扩容同频小带宽20 MHz+5 MHz小区和开启智简载波20 MHz+10 MHz小区3种场景,进行网络性能指标分析对比。通过对方案的验证和应用效果评估,在中高负载网络中,20 MHz+10 MHz智简载波场景网络级吞吐率增益最高,通过负载均衡优化可获得最优体验。To make full use of the 25 MHz frequency resources of the BAND 1800 MHz after GSM network exits,operator introduces an innovative FDD 1800 MHz carrier solution based on 20 MHz+10 MHz dual-carrier staggered frequency deployment.In this solution,spectrum sharing can be implemented through TTI-level dynamic scheduling on the overlapping part of the 20 MHz and 10 MHz spectrum,improving spectral effi ciency and user experience.To verify the gains of the FDD 1800 MHz carrier solution,we analyze and compare networklevel performance counters in three live network scenarios:a single 20 MHz cell,a 20 MHz+5 MHz intrafrequency small bandwidth cell,and a 20 MHz+10 MHz cell with FDD 1800 MHz carrier solution enabled.The verification result shows that the network-level throughput gain in the 20 MHz+10 MHz scenario is the highest on medium-or high-load network,and the optimal user experience can be achieved through load balancing optimization.
