摘　　要：阐述“空间单元=结构单元”概念,基于我国高层住宅建筑结构和套型设计现状,分析钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构、钢-混凝土混合结构、装配式混合结构特点,并结合具体案例,采用装配式混合结构体系实现高层住宅套型在生命周期内的可变性。Elaborate the concept of“spatial unit=structural unit”,based on the current situation of high-rise residential building structure and set design in China,characteristcs of reinforced concrete shear wall structure,steel-concrete hybrid structure and prefabricated hybrid structure were analyzed,combined with specific cases,the prefabricated hybrid structure system is used to realize the variability of high-rise residential sets in the life cycle.
