摘　　要：为将邻里中心引入大兴机场临空经济区(大兴片区)城市规划,大兴空港新苑商业项目通过商业策划-概念设计-业态落位-方案设计-初步设计和施工图设计流程,在开放空间内将业态、建筑、功能、景观等因素结合,既满足了周边居民的美好生活需求,又使建设单位实现了投资收益。In order to introduce the neighborhood center into the urban planning of Daxing Airport Economic Zone(Daxing Area),the Daxing Airport Xinyuan project combines the business building,function,landscape and other factors in the open space through the business planning-conceptual design-business location-schematic design-preliminary design and construction drawing design process,which not only meets the needs of the surrounding residents for a better life,but also uses the construction unit to achieve investment returns.
