摘  要:为了解决新型锤片式粉碎机透筛效率较低的问题,设计出两种不同结构的筛网。使用Fluent对安装不同筛网的分离装置进行气流场模拟,随后将模拟出的气流场导入EDEM进行耦合仿真。对比分析了物料在安装不同筛网的分离装置中的运动情况,统计单位时间内的出料量,对新型锤片式粉碎机的透筛效率进行定义,比较了原始筛网与改进后筛网的透筛效率。结果表明:与原始筛网相比,改进后的凹版型筛网在凹面数为2的情况下,透筛效率达到最优,相对于原始筛网透筛效率提高了32.65%。最后通过试验对模拟得出的结果进行验证。统计原始筛网与凹版型筛网在单位时间内的出料量,结论表明:设计出的筛网能有效提高物料透筛效率。In order to solve the problem of low screening efficiency of the new hammer mill.Two kinds of screens with different structures are designed.Fluent was used to simulate the flow field of separation devices installed with different screens,and then the simulated flow field was imported into EDEM for coupling simulation.The movement of the material in the separation device with different screens is compared and analyzed,and the discharge amount per unit time is calculated.The screening efficiency of the new hammer mill crusher is defined,and the screening efficiency of the original screen and the improved screen is compared.The results showed that,compared to the original screen,the improved gravure screen reaches the optimal screening efficiency under the condition that the number of concave surfaces is 2,which increases the screening efficiency by 32.65%compared with the original screen.Finally,the simulation results are verified by experiments.The output volume of the original screen and the improved screen in unit time is calculated.The results show that the designed screen can effectively improve the screening efficiency of materials.
