日粮中添加当归茎叶粉对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标及抗氧化指标的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究日粮中添加当归茎叶(ASL)粉对肉鸡生长性能,屠宰性能、血清生化指标及抗氧化能力影响。将432只肉仔鸡,随机分为6组,每组设6个重复,每个重复12只鸡,分别饲喂含ASL为0(1组)、1%(2组)、1.5%(3组)、2%(4组)、2.5%(5组)、3%(6组)的日粮,饲养试验时间为42 d。结果显示:与1组相比,3、4、5、6组显著提高了肉鸡后期(22~42日龄)和全期(1~42日龄)平均采食量和平均体增重(P<0.05);日粮中ASL添加显著提高了肉鸡的屠宰率(P<0.05)。与1组相比,4、6组显著提高了肉鸡的半净膛率、全净膛率,胸肌率和腿肌率(P<0.05),显著降低了肉鸡的腹脂率(P<0.05);4、5、6组显著降低了血液的血脂水平和血糖含量(P<0.05),显著提高了肉鸡血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P<0.05),6组血清总抗氧化能力最高。综上所述,日粮中添加当归茎叶粉提高了肉鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能,改善了血清生化指标及抗氧化能力,推荐添加量为3%。This study aimed to study the effects of adding Stems Leaves of Angelica sinensis(ASL)powder to the diet on the growth performance,slaughtering performance,serum biochemistry and antioxidant capacity of broilers.432 broilers were randomly divided into 6 groups according to the test requirements,each group was set up with 6 replicates,each replicate of 12 chickens,fed with a diet containing ASL of 0(group 1),1%(group 2),1.5%(group 3),2%(group 4),2.5%(group 5),3%(group 6),respectively,the feeding test time was 42 days.The results showed that:compared with group 1,groups 3,4,5,and 6 significantly increased the average feed intake and average body weight gain of broilers in the later stage(22-42 days)and throughout the experimental period(1-42 days)(P<0.05);the addition of ASL in the diet significantly increased the slaughter rate of broilers(P<0.05).Compared with group 1,groups 4 and 6 significantly increased the semi clean bore rate,full clean bore rate,chest muscle rate,and leg muscle rate of broilers(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the abdominal fat rate of broilers(P<0.05);4,5 and 6 groups significantly reduced blood lipid level and blood sugar content(P<0.05),significantly increased serum glutathione peroxidase activity in broilers(P<0.05),and the total antioxidant capacity of serum in 6 groups was the highest.In summary,the addition of angelica stem and leaf powder to the diet improved the production performance,slaughtering performance,serum biochemical and antioxidant capacity of broilers,and the recommended addition amount is 3%.
