摘  要:为完善葛氏鲈塘鳢(Perccottus glehni)规模化人工繁殖及苗种培育技术,对其亲鱼培育、人工繁殖和苗种培育技术进行了研究。水温14~18℃时,采捕天然湖库葛氏鲈塘鳢亲鱼,培育密度为1.0~2.0 kg/m^(2),通过微流水刺激、投喂小型鱼虾等方法培育亲鱼,达到平均成活率82.3%,平均成熟率71.1%。采用催产药物HCG、LRH—A 2、DOM混合组合,一次注射催产,平均催产率84.7%、受精率85.1%、孵化率87.2%。开口饵料以枝角类为佳,蛋黄、轮虫次之。采用活饵3个多月培育,苗种体长5~10 cm,平均体重2.7 g/尾,水花至夏花成活率为61.2%,夏花至秋片成活率为71.8%。In order to improve large-scale artificial propagation and seedling culture and technology of Perccottus glehni,parent fish cultivation,artificial propagation and fry cultivation techniques of P.glehni were studied.Parent fish of Perccottus glehni was catched in natural lakes,then was cultivated with density of 1.0~2.0 kg/m 2,stimulated with micro-flow,fed with small fish and shrimp.The average survival rate and maturity rate was 82.3%and 71.1%at 14~18℃.The average induced labour rate,fertilization rate and hatching rate were 84.7%,85.1%and 87.2%respectively by using mixed and combined with the oxytocin drugs HCG,LRH-A 2 and DOM.Cladocera was the best starting forage,followed by egg yolk and rotifers.The survival rate of summer fingerlings and autumn fry were 61.2%and 71.8%respectively by live bait breeding for more than 3 months.The body length of seedlings reached 5~10 cm and the average weight reached 2.7 g/ind..
