摘　　要：为满足生产中对暗纹东方鲀(Fugu obscurus)早繁的需求,开展暗纹东方魨特早繁试验。采用暗纹东方魨亲本提前入温室,饲料投喂以新鲜河蚌肉与冰鲜花蛤相结合,根据雌性暗纹东方魨亲本性腺发育情况,采用连续多次低剂量催产等技术措施,2021—2022年累计催产350组暗纹东方魨,平均催产率53.5%。In order to meet the need for early artificial propagation of Fugu obscurus,parent fish of F.obscurus was cultured in greenhouse earlier and fed with fresh river mussel meat and fresh Ruditapes philippinarum.The inducing agents were given to the female breeders according to their development situation continuously in low dosage for several times.350 groups of breeders were induced during 2021 to 2011,and the average induction rate was 53.5%.
