一株中华鳖源维氏气单胞菌的分离鉴定及抗性研究

摘　　要：自保定阜平患病中华鳖(Pelodiscus sinensis)体内分离获得一株革兰氏阴性菌,对其形态特征、生理生化特性及16S rDNA序列进行分析,鉴定其为维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas veroni);对分离菌株进行了29种抗菌药的药敏试验和15株益生菌的拮抗实验,得出此分离菌株对阿米卡星、头孢呋辛钠、左氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、头孢曲松、头孢哌酮、环丙沙星和头孢他啶等8种药物高度敏感,对青霉素、苯唑西林、庆大霉素、万古霉素、氨苄西林等其它17种药物表现为不同程度的耐药性;解淀粉芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌2种益生菌在一定浓度下对其具有拮抗作用。A Gram-negative bacterium was isolated from the diseased Pelodiscus sinensis in Fuping,Baoding.Its morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical properties,as well as the 16S rDNA sequence,were analyzed,confirming it as Aeromonas veroni.The isolated strain was subjected to susceptibility testing against 29 antibiotics and antagonistic experiments with 15 probiotic strains.It was found that the isolated strain exhibited highly sensitivity to amikacin,cefuroxime sodium,levofloxacin,norfloxacin,ceftriaxone,cefoperazone,ciprofloxacin and ceftazidime,showed resistance to 17 antibiotics in different level including penicillin,oxacillin,gentamycin,vancomycin and ampicillin,and the stain was antagonized by two probiotic strains Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and B.subtilis at certain concentrations.
