摘 要:综述了纸浆模塑的研究进展。纸浆模塑作为一项环保型塑料替代技术,因其可降解性和可循环利用性受到广泛关注。首先介绍了纸浆模塑的基础知识,包括其定义、原理以及与传统塑料加工的对比。随后,详细分析了纸浆材料的特性对模塑过程的影响,特别关注了纸浆的可塑性和可加工性。接着,深入探讨了纸浆模塑的工艺流程,包括原料处理、制备、成型、干燥等环节,以及常见的模塑设备和工具。通过实际应用案例,探讨了纸浆模塑在环保包装领域的优势,同时也提及了其面临的挑战。在研究进展与创新部分,呈现了新型纸浆模塑材料的研发、添加剂改善性能的研究,以及先进的模塑工艺技术与设备的发展。最后,对纸浆模塑技术在可持续发展中的作用进行了探讨,并展望了未来研究的方向,包括性能提升和多样化应用。总结了纸浆模塑技术在包装工程中的前沿研究,为环保包装的发展提供了有益的参考和启示。This paper reviews the research progress of pulp molding.Pulp molding,as an environmentally friendly alternative technology for plastics,has attracted wide attention due to its degradability and recyclability.We first introduce the basic knowledge of pulp molding,including its definition,principle and comparison with traditional plastic processing.Then,the influence of the characteristics of pulp material on the molding process is analyzed in detail,with special attention to the plasticity and machinability of pulp.Then,the process of pulp molding is discussed,including raw material treatment,preparation,molding,drying and other links,as well as common molding equipment and tools.Through practical application cases,the advantages of pulp molding in the field of environmentally friendly packaging are discussed,and the challenges it faces are also mentioned.In the research progress and innovation section,it presents the research and development of new pulp molding materials,the research of additives to improve the performance,and the development of advanced molding technology and equipment.Finally,the role of pulp molding technology in sustainable development is discussed,and the future research direction is prospected,including performance improvement and diversified applications.This paper summarizes the advanced research of pulp molding technology in packaging engineering,which provides beneficial reference and enlightenment for the development of environmental protection packaging.
