摘　　要：“三权分置”改革是农村土地产权制度的一次创新,它赋予农地更多可能性。农地与金融融合发展对于三农领域的金融改革具有更为重要的实践意义。吉林省作为农业强省,在农地与金融融合发展方面进行了多项积极有益的探索且取得了一定经验。近年来,吉林省在黑土地保护、土地确权、土地流转及高标准农田建设等方面取得显著成效。自农村金融改革以来,吉林省的农村金融发展结构、规模和效率都有所提升。在此基础上,应从产业融合、科技创新、农田建设及农业保险等方面进一步探索农地与金融融合发展模式。The reform of the"separation of three rights"is an innovation in the rural land property rights system,which gives more possibilities to rural land.As a strong agricultural province,Jilin Province has conducted multiple positive and beneficial explorations in the integration of agricultural land and finance,and has gained certain experience.In recent years,Jilin Province has achieved significant results in black land protection,land ownership confirmation,land transfer,and high standard farmland construction.Since the rural financial reform,the development structure,scale,and efficiency of rural finance in Jilin Province have been improved.On this basis,further exploration of the development model of agricultural land and finance integration should be carried out from aspects such as industrial integration,technological innovation,farmland construction,and agricultural insurance.
