习近平生态文明思想形成逻辑及其对节约型社会建设的作用与启示

摘　　要：从马克思主义生态观、中国传统文化、党的实践三方面探讨习近平生态文明思想的形成逻辑,并说明节约理念是贯穿习近平生态文明思想的重要组成部分。继而从政府、产业、社会三个层面出发,阐述了习近平生态文明思想对节约型社会建设的重要作用。在此基础上,得到启示:我国应在习近平生态文明思想指导下,分三个层面进一步加强节约型社会的建设。政府层面应加强顶层设计,完善法律法规体系,优化政策体系;产业层面应促进绿色产业发展,加强扶持政策,引导绿色投资;社会层面应进一步提升全民环保意识,普及环保知识,加强生态环保教育。This paper discusses the formation logic of Xi Jinping's thought on eco-civilization from three aspects:Marxist ecological view,China's traditional culture and the Party's practice,and shows that the concept of conservation is an important part of Xi Jinping's thought on eco-civilization.Then,from the three aspects of government,industry and society,this paper expounds the important role of Xi Jinping's thought on eco-civilization in building a conservation-oriented society.On this basis,we get enlightenment that China should further strengthen the construction of a conservation-oriented society in three aspects under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought on eco-civilization.The government should strengthen the top-level design,improve the legal and regulatory system and optimize the policy system.In the industrial aspect,we should promote the development of green industries,strengthen support policies and guide green investment.In the social aspect,we should further enhance the environmental awareness of the people,popularize environmental protection knowledge and strengthen ecological environmental education.
