摘　　要：马克思主义生态经济思想揭示了人与自然、生态环境与经济发展共融共进、同向同行的内生关系,科学解答了人类可持续发展的重要问题。生态环境对经济发展的价值日益彰显,要发挥生态环境对经济发展的促进作用,须以生态环境治理现代化为抓手,重构生态环境与经济发展的再协调。具体要树立和贯彻“绿水青山就是金山银山”的理念,注重运用多元力量构建现代化的生态环境治理体系,由治理“独唱”向“合唱”转变;要以改革创新、协调合作的方式推进生态环境治理能力现代化,推动“输血”型治理向“造血”型治理转变,最终才能实现以生态环境治理现代化推进经济发展的目标。Marxist eco-economic thought reveals the endogenous relationship between man and nature,ecoenvironment and economic development,and scientifically solves the important problems of human sustainable development.The value of eco-environment to economic development is becoming more and more obvious.In order to give full play to the role of eco-environment in promoting economic development,it is necessary to take the modernization of eco-environment management as the main task and reconstruct the re-coordination of ecoenvironment and economic development.We should set up and carry out the idea that"Clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver",pay attention to the construction of modern eco-environmental governance system by using multiple forces,from governance"Solo"to"Chorus"change.We should promote the modernization of eco-environmental governance by means of reform,innovation,coordination and cooperation,and promote the transformation of"Blood transfusion"governance to"Blood-making"governance,so as to realize the ultimate goal of promoting economic development with the combination of the eco-environment and modernization of governance.
