清季署德庆知州赵承炳《笔纪》史料价值

摘　　要：《康州署篆笔纪》《圭山从事笔纪》两本笔纪文献,出自清末光绪年间署德庆知州赵承炳之手。笔纪对清末广东德庆的社会经济、衙门运作、司法审判、对外事务、创办新学、社会弊政、筹办保甲团练、城乡社会控制、风俗民情等有较详细的记录,是了解和研究晚清粤西城乡社会面貌的一手资料,有很高的文献价值和史料价值。The two diaries,the Official Dairy of Kangzhou and the Official Diary in Guishan,were written by Zhao Chengbing,the prefect of Deqing during the reign of emperor Guangxu in the late Qing Dynasty.These two dairies have relatively detailed descriptions of late Qing dynasty's Deqing,Guangdong,including social economy,government office(Ya men)running system,judicial practice,foreign affairs,building of the modern educational system,evil social policies,arrangements for Baojia registry system and local militias(Tuan lian),governmental control of urban and rural areas,and folk customs.It provides us with first-hand information in terms of late Qing dynasty's urban and rural social situation of west Guangdong.Its high value both in literature and historical material research should be worth of more attention.
